Rates:
$235.00 - 1 or 2 people, 1 night stay only, 1 bedroom

Cleaning fee of $100.00 for 7 (or less) day stay,
$300.00 for month long stay, both refundable if not necessary!

West Side
East Side (For Innkeeper use unless West side is reserved!)

Description:

The Guesthouse offers a tranquil, well-appointed environment, perfect for the business traveler or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway.  Located  in the center of hip and historic downtown Perrysburg,  within walking distance of  several restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.  The Maumee River with a river-front walking path is just blocks away.
The property itself is compromised of two town homes with shared upper and lower decks, a large front porch, and a well-tended garden.  Ample outdoor spaces mean that even when both town homes are booked there is a plenitude of privacy.
In each of the Guesthouse town homes you find a fully outfitted kitchen, a half-bath, and a living room/work area on the first floor. Two bedrooms, a full-bath, and an office opening onto an upper back deck are on the second floor.

The Guesthouse is not ADA compliant.
There are OUTDOOR Security cameras on the property.

Accommodations:
The Guesthouse-Westside sleeps two. If your party is larger than two, please inquire about the availability of the Guesthouse-Eastside. If you are looking to accommodate three people in two bedrooms – and in two beds (i.e. you and a couple with an older child, you or your 3 sisters,  or you are 2 brothers and plan to visit with a lost cousin) - give me some details and we may be able to work something out.  Last minute, non-paying guests are not permitted.   A non-refundable situation if one chooses to have people over either for get togethers, or to stay.

Booking:
I do not accept reservations on behalf of other people.  For security purposes, and in order to provide you with the best possible service, I need to directly communicate with the person(s) actually staying.
Plan to let me know your approximate arrival and departure times before your stay. Depending on the schedules of other guests, we may be able to accommodate an early arrival or late departure.

I use VRBO to reserve the Guesthouse.  If the West Side is occupied, I will put you on the East Side.

Check in 3pm:
With notice, you are welcome to drop your bags off at the Guesthouse if you arrive in town earlier than 3 pm.

Check out 11am.
You may arrange to leave your bags if you have a late departure.

Children:
I love kids. (For real!) But please be aware that the Guesthouse space is neither baby-proof nor child-friendly. Amenities and accommodations are intended to meet the needs of adults.

Pets: No
Smoking:
Do not smoke inside. Should you choose to smoke outside, please be respectful of the proximity of others (smoke where you won't be bothering anyone.)

Visitors:
I am very protective of my guests privacy and comfort.
Dinner parties, cocktail parties, family reunions, bridal showers, or other gatherings, however, are not permitted.
Your reservation will be cut short and not refunded!!

Payment:
Your debit or credit card secures your reservation.
The deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made 14 days prior to your reservation. Cancellations with less than a 7 day notice will not be refunded unless the room can be rented.
